This webpage will serve as a space for you to get local utility provider information, emergency contact numbers, suggested home maintenance as well as access your warranty handbook.
Within 3 business days, the electric and water will no longer be in our name, and you will need to activate service in your name. Please locate your service provider here:

Any non-emergency claims can be made through your builder trend app or directly to email@example.com. Your claim will be sent to the corresponding vendor and they will be connected with you to schedule repairs working with your schedule.
Included with the purchase of your home is a 1 year warranty as well as a 10 year structural warranty. Although it has a warranty, you are still responsible for the proper maintenance of the home, if you bought a car and the engine blew up, but you never changed the oil the engine would not be covered under warranty. As part of the Sposen Homes value, we offer our warranty concierge services.
